Julia Goodman recently joined The Agency's Calabasas office, serving clients all over Los Angeles and specializing in the neighborhoods of Hidden Hills, Sherman Oaks, and Encino. Since joining The Agency, Julia has brought a wealth of expertise to the table, particularly in the realm of 1031 Exchanges. Originally born in Moscow and raised in Germany, Julia's international background is reflected in her fluency in four languages and her extensive international network.

 

Julia's passion for real estate lies in the art of matchmaking—connecting people with their dream homes. Her exceptional social media skills, honed through years in the entertainment industry, set her apart as an agent. Formerly known as Julia Jolie, she made a mark as an on-camera Fashion Expert for daytime TV shows like KTLA and The Vivica Fox Show. Julia is also an accomplished author with four books to her name, and she has executive-produced shows and movies.

 

Beyond her professional life, Julia begins each day at 5:30 am with a gym session, setting the tone for success. Family is paramount to Julia, and she cherishes spending quality time with her two children. Julia is also actively involved in giving back, serving as a major donor to the Viewpoint Fund.
